I’m Raimundo Baeza, a strength and conditioning coach and Sports Science graduate (STAPS, France).

I work with people who want to feel strong, capable, and resilient — not just in the gym, but in daily life.

My approach combines structured training, movement, and close personal guidance, always adapted to real people and real contexts.
